How to prepare for Your Session

Here are some tips to make the most of your experience:

  • Be open to yourself and willing to let go of old stories you have about yourself and life experiences.
  • Prioritize and bring only 1 – 3 questions / topics to the session. When the main weaknesses are addressed other questions will naturally resolve.
  • Avoid description and back story. In this method you are a computer and every word you state creates and adds to your programming. If there are less words, there is less programming to delete and more can be accomplished during the session.
  • Find a quiet, distraction-free place to be during the session (sessions are by phone or online). Set aside multi-tasking so we have the full attention of your central nervous system.
  • Allow some extra time before and after the session. This allows you to separate from the day’s events prior to the session and to fully integrate the strengthening afterwards.
  • Send your mind on vacation and let go of mental thinking, the need to analyze and mentally understand what’s taking place. Whatever weaknesses we find are being deleted anyway so there’s no benefit to reviewing those stories or information!
