In this Yuen Method class designed for beginners, we will break down the principles and practical application of what you have experienced in your individual sessions so that you can make energetic shifts for yourself and others.

Not only will you learn the steps to doing the Yuen Method, but we will also strengthen and delete your triggers and blocks to knowing and doing the method itself throughout the class.

This is not a conventional learning experience and will consist of downloading, demo-ing and doing the Yuen Method.

Programming from the Yuen Method will be downloaded and activated to your central nervous system.

I will demonstrate how to apply the principles that we are learning by working on issues for class participants during class.

Doing

During and outside the class time, you will do the Yuen Method by practicing the techniques on one another.

You will get to know the fundamental techniques of the Yuen Method so that you can immediately apply them, including:

About the class:

• Sessions will take place live on Zoom and are recorded so you can review them afterwards. 
• Includes Yuen Method beginner charts and handouts for doing the strengthening and deleting process on yourself and others. 
• Requirements:

               Experienced at least one, individual Yuen Method session with Colleen prior to class.
